A non-refundable deposit of $75.00 is required with this application to hold your place.  The balance of $450.00 is due THREE WEEKS before the camp starts to confirm your place, for people bringing their own horses, FOUR WEEKS before the camp starts for those using Hearthstone Farm horses. 

Emergency cancellations may utilize deposit or full fee for future camps or other activities.

Your horses are welcome to our oats and hay while they are with us.  Otherwise, you may bring your own feed.  We will be happy to feed in the AM whatever you set out the night before, and same for the PM feed.  The stalls will be bedded in shavings and our staff will clean the stalls.  Small paddock turnout for individual horses is available on request.  All visiting horses will be required to present a current negative Coggins.
