Reports from our Adult Weekend Dressage Camps

Our camps have been a HUGE success!  All 2006 camps were full, with campers coming from Wisconsin, Illinois, Minnesota, Iowa, Texas, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey.  Here are some quotes from their written feedback:

  • "Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!  Those three days at Hearthstone Farm with your instruction were amazing!  My trainer said I was a completely different rider."

  • "Jayne is a gifted diagnostician...She has exercises which...are amazingly effective in helping the rider recognize and begin to correct very specific rider faults."

  • "Camp went by too fast...I now have a better handle on my sitting trot...The progress came quicker than I thought it would."

  • "I was incredibly impressed with how Jayne treated each of us as individuals and catered her focus to meet our needs. "

  • "I came hoping to learn how to communicate with my horse, and I left with that and so much more.  Now we are a team.

  • "I loved the whole weekend.  The schedule was thorough, busy, yet relaxed...And the lunches were superb!"

  • "I loved it all.  The food was amazing!!!  Excellent teaching. Jayne's eye is so sharp and her focus on our position was invaluable.  Jayne was always willing to answer questions with full, clear explanations."

  • "I enjoyed the camaraderie of the group, all struggling but laughing while learning."

  • "Food was great, staff very helpful, kind, and upbeat."

  • "Relaxed, friendly, positive learning environment -- horses were all rider friendly."

  • "I found the theory, bio-mechanic lecture, and mane care information very helpful and clear."

  • “I really enjoyed the focus on my body and how that affects my horse.”

  • " Great food, Great people, Great fun!"

We are looking forward to new groups of enthusiastic campers and many returnees in 2007.

Quote from a happy camper - "Please keep me on the camp/clinic mailing list.  My trainer thinks they have helped me immensely."
