Please note that Sorensen’s shows are Friday and Saturday, while Silverwood’s shows are Saturday and Sunday. You do not need to show both days to be eligible for coaching.

Coaching is $75 per day per rider, with a three rider minimum per show.
Riders are required to arrange coaching BEFORE entries close for the show. Last minute requests may not be honored, unless a group is already going.

Students without their own horses must discuss using Hearthstone Farm horses with Jayne Ayers at least 60 days before the show, as there is paperwork required to make the horses eligible to show.

If you need horse care, grooming, braiding, transportation or catering at the show, these can be arranged through Sue Rossbach.
